Why This Matters: RBDM narrative focuses on people specifically regional project managers. They do not consistently follow the same procedures. This is a risk. In some cases, they lack policy, procedural, or work instruction controls.
We divide our RBDM narrative into risk areas such as: 1. People; 2. Process; and 3. Technology. In this series of lessons, we divide the narrative into 1. Project management; 2. Schedule risks; 3. Cost risks; and 4. Quality risks. The point is that the narrative can be broken down into different categories or factors.
Project Question: How are you structuring your RBDM narrative? Do what works for you based on project context and use case.
