Why This Matters: In this lesson, the narrative includes a discussion of project management controls. RBDM PM control risks are often due to a lack of documentation.

In your RBDM narrative, write down the status of the control environment. Include the type of controls, integrity, ethical values and competence of the entity’s people; management’s philosophy and operating style; the way management assigns authority and responsibility, and organizes and develops its people; process maturity; and the type of technology used.
