Why This Matters: Some stakeholders or others will pay for the project, others will be the end-users, and some will physically work on, or contribute to it.  There are also those who can,and do, gain from the problems that may arise during a project’s lifecycle as well as benefit from another stakeholders’ misfortune. 

Project Question: Can you identify a project you’ve worked on where you had friends, foes, or those who stood on the sidelines and were fickle?
