Why This Matters: How often though do we hear the word ‘yes’ and assume it’s what we would like it to mean. Many take ‘yes’ to mean that there is agreement with what has been said and a positive alignment with their way of thinking or writing and the course of action to be taken. But that’s not entirely so.
Project Question: Can you think of a situation when a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ was a risk to you? Why? Can you describe the context in which the decision was made, who made the decision, how the decision was made, and why did it have the consequences (risks) it did?
