Why This Matters: Some project managers focus on project delivery process. Some project managers focus on project outcomes. Some project managers focus on tools. Some project managers focus on people feel – goods.

All of these are OK. The best program and project managers are mature enough to be chameleons and situtional. They do what works best in the situation to please critical stakeholders are each phase of the project lifecycle.
